Today I bring both perspectives to AI: what the technology can do, and what an organization needs for it to stick.

First, software.
I started in software: leading research and development at Profilium, and running my own firm, Davyann.
Then, change inside large organizations.
I led data and analytics work inside large organizations: Laurentian Bank, a big six Canadian bank (Product Owner, Data & Analytics, 2017–2021, a leader in aviation and training, and a multi-brand restaurant franchisor as VP, Data & Analytics. That is where I learned what it takes for a capability to be funded, governed and actually used.
Now, both.
I lead Quantumize AI with Jean-Philippe Durand, who leads process mapping and adoption, and Hugo Paquet, who leads architecture. I still build AI systems myself. Model capability matters, but making it useful in a real organization takes more: the right context, a clear owner, and people who helped shape the tool.
