As co-founder and CEO, I lead Quantumize AI and stay in the build. It is an AI-native service company: commercial work is contracted through the firm. Delivery follows the forward deployed engineer model — the people who build sit with the client’s operating reality, then construct what that evidence says to build next.
This is not a recommendation left at the door. The team that watches how a process actually moves is the team that implements it.

As VP, Data & Analytics, I built the function: the foundations needed for customer intelligence, procurement, and commercial decisions, in a multi-brand organization where useful knowledge often stayed local.
Teams had to align on what must become explicit before a system could help — a leadership problem, not an external consulting brief.

As Product Owner in Data & Analytics (2017–2021), I worked on Customer 360 and pricing-model initiatives in a regulated financial environment.
